Two 1920s educational French publications from Hachette, one an alphabet book, the other an instructional book on handwriting.
Overall near fine.
LEUR ABC [with] J'ECRIS DES MOTS
Two lovely unused textbooks for young children learning to read and write: each appears to have been issued in original pictorial wrappers, which have been bound (also as issued?) in stiff red paper boards for practical use. The volume for writing is more advanced, focusing on cursive letters.
Paris: Hachette, (1928). 6.75'' x 5'' (ABC); 8.75'' x 5.5'' (J'ECRIS). Original red ornamental boards stamped in navy blue. 16 pages each, including pictorial wrappers bound into red boards. LEUR ABC with a few color vignettes; both illustrated. Unused.
