London: Constable, (1917). 12'' x 9.5''. Original grey cloth with pictorial gilt-stamped label. Top edge gilt. Pictorial endpapers. Illustrated by Rackham with 13 beautiful tipped-in color plates (one more than in the trade edition) and 43 black & whites to accompany 40 fairy tales. Signed by Rackham. Additional signed color plate in the original envelope. Bottom edge of both covers have a corner stain 3" long, 1/2" high, stain inside rear cover and on corner of one page else tight and clean.
