"Calmly, Reinhart enjoyed the lies, a souvenir of Europe. They would be all too rare in America."
Thomas Berger drew on his personal experiences as an army medic in the US Occupational Forces in Berlin to craft the story of Carlo Reinhart and the sometimes kooky characters he encounters. Part coming of age story, part thriller, CRAZY IN BERLIN is the first of four Reinhart stories by Berger.
