Émigré artists like Feodor Rojankovsky, Guertik, Nathalie Parain, Alexandra Exter, and Georges Cherkessof, working within avant-garde Constructivist, Dadaist, and Minimalist art philosophies, gave the Père Castor books their greatest distinction and gained them long-lasting fame.
