A fun turn-of-the-century take on what would become a classic sitcom trope of the postwar period: the working husband and homemaker wife each underestimate the labor involved in each other's roles, discovering a new appreciation for them after a day in their shoes. In this version, the husband concedes: "He said he could plainly see / That she could do more work in one day / Than he could do in three."
