Three short texts – "The Blank Minded Murder," "Vested Interests," and "Mark and the Medium – originally written in the early 1980s, when Drucker was a graduate student at UC Berkeley. As described by the author, "The fictions are abstract, figurative, dense, complex, and reflect the best of my efforts in this mode at the time." One of just 42 copies produced, signed in the year of publication.

First edition. Elmwood, CT: Potes and Poets Press, 1994. 8.5'' x 7''. Original white printed wrappers. Xeroxed on rag paper from laser printed originals. 56, [2] pages. Numbered #27 of 30 copies (from a total edition of 42) "published for distribution to friends of the author and the publisher." Inscribed by Drucker at colophon, with a small heart drawn above her signature and dated 1994. Light soil and toning, minor edgewear to wrappers.
