THE CINEMA HANDBOOK covers the technical aspects of camera selection, lens and filter types, film splicing, and lighting, as well as directorial advice for the aspiring filmmaker of news reels, home movies, amateur photoplays, and simple animated features using hand-drawn cels or clay figures.
