One of the most famous restaurants not only in the US, but the world (it was ranked #1 by the UK's RESTAURANT magazine in 2017), Eleven Madison Park was originally a collaboration between chef Daniel Humm and general manager Will Guidara. They ended their partnership in 2019, but Guidara has gone on to write UNREASONABLE HOSPITALITY, which famously appeared in the acclaimed episode of THE BEAR, "Forks." The show also wrote the restaurant into the backstory of head chef Carmy, who is described as having once worked at the restaurant. And Guidara himself became a co-producer and writer for the third season of the show, and even appearing in its final episode ("There's a nobility in this"). A beautiful production, uncommon in its first printing, especially inscribed by both its authors.

First printing. New York / Boston / London: Little, Brown and Company, (2011). 11.75'' x 10.75''. Original grey boards with silver titles. In original unclipped ($50.00) silver-stamped jacket. Housed in original matching slipcase. 384 pages. Inscribed by Humm and Guidara on the half-title page: "To Braiden + Spencer, / Daniel Humm Will Guidara / Make it nice." Minor rubbing and touches of soil here and there. A small bump or two to extremities of book. Original prince sticker to rear panel. Overall, bright and sound.
