First edition. (New York): (The Something Else Press), (1965). 7'' x 5.5''. Original saddle-stapled printed wrappers. 7, [7] pages. Illustrated with black and white photographs by Peter Moore. Typed letter from Higgins to Charles Caramello at the Center for 20th Century Studies laid in, dated 1977: "Dear Chuck: I came across a copy of the old SEP catalog to which you had found a reference, and thought you might like to add it to the Caramello Collection." Letter signed by Higgins in pen. Wrappers sunned. Minor edgewear.
